Year End Requirements
It's time to submit your year-end requirements. Please take some time to complete the requirements and tell us
what you've been up to the past fiscal year. The following are required actions from each gator club, all due by midnight on July 15.
Once all portions are complete, you will be notified about ordering event items and receiving membership rebate.

- Gator Club/UFAA Financials – Complete online form and initial by TWO officers
- Annual Report (Clubbies Award Nomination) – Complete online form
- Update Gator Club Officers – Complete online form
- Gator Club Operating Rules – Complete online form
- Conflict Disclosure Form – Complete online form
- Code of Conduct Statement – Complete online through link provided by staff
- Legal Issues Training & Assessments – Complete online through link provided by staff
