The F Book is quite literally a living piece of history of the University of Florida, chronicling the rich traditions of the Gator Nation throughout the decades. Recently revived since its disappearance in the early 1960s, this University of Florida student publication is being presented to all incoming freshmen as a guide to ensure that all Gators are aware of the active role they can play in the larger history of UF. Like the F Book of old, this new version is filled with important information about UF that every new student needs to know.

With the help of the F Book, you can become a UF TK — a UF Tradition Keeper. Simply take part in the traditions detailed in this book, and you'll be recognized for fully participating in the UF community and having fun. The more traditions you complete, the higher your UF TK rank. If you complete 40 or more traditions during your time at UF, you could be recognized with a special medallion at graduation.
