Sixty-five of UF’s brightest and most talented students have been selected from a pool of 750 applicants as the newest class of Cicerones, UF’s official student ambassadors. About 180 Cicerones currently serve the university.
Cicerones lead campus tours, are hosts in the President’s Box during football games and at the President’s House, and work with the Alumni Association and Athletic Association during events and recruiting visits. They also produce the award-winning F Book. UF’s Cicerones have been recognized as the nation’s most outstanding student ambassadors, and are leaders of the Student Alumni Association. Their mission is to connect past, present and future Gators.
