Kick off football season with coach Will Muschamp and the TitleTown Gator Club

When UF head football coach Will Muschamp visited Gator Clubs® this spring, he said summer would tell him a lot about his players.
“These next four months will determine our football team,” he told Capital Area Gator Club® members in May.
So what does the coach think now? Fans will have a chance to find out on the eve of football season when Muschamp attends the first ever TitleTown Gator Gathering.
Muschamp will meet with Gator Club members, civic leaders and other guests at noon Sept. 2 — the day before the football team kicks off its season against Florida Atlantic University — in the J. Wayne Reitz Union Grand Ballroom.
Doors open at 10 a.m., to be followed by door prizes at 10:45. Lunch and the program will begin at 11 a.m. Tickets are $30 for Gator Club® members and $35 for non-members, although a limited number of VIP seats are available for $40.
For fans, the Gainesville gathering is an opportunity to see how Muschamp’s outlook has changed over the summer.
“I’ve got high expectations. There aren’t any in this room higher than mine,” he told Tallahassee Gators. “We’ve got three national championships with two different staffs. We’re going to be the third staff to do it.”
