The University of Florida Leadership Development Institute and the Disney Institute have created a new program, "Achieving Success through Exceptional Service" for the business leaders of the state of Florida. Participants should expect to learn the knowledge and skills to create a service-driven organization that delivers exceptional service. The full-day workshop will be presented in three Florida locations: in Tampa on October 23rd, in Miami on October 27 and in Jacksonville on November 10th.
