Be sure to stop by the check-in table to pick up your Grand Guard packet materials. This includes an up-to-date agenda, nametag, bus schedule and more.

Reunion Confirmation

A confirmation postcard will be mailed upon receipt of your registration. Approximately two weeks before the event, a packet of information will be mailed to you. The reservation deadline is Thursday, September 29.

Cancellation/Refunds

Cancellation and refunds must be submitted in writing (mail, fax or e-mail) to our office by Thursday, October 6. No shows will not be refunded.

For individuals with disabilities and/or dietary restrictions requiring special assistance, please contact Tiffany Robbert at (352) 846-3580 or toll free (888) 352-5866 (option 4) at least 72 hours before the weekend events begin so proper consideration may be given to the request.
