early as all rooms are expected to sell out. Please ask for "local reservations" and mention the "group code" listed with each hotel when making your
reservations. Rates are per night (plus tax) for a standard room. Hotels have a two-night minimum stay requirement for Friday and Saturday. Each hotel
has its own pre-payment/cancellation policies; please inquire about your hotel's policies when making your reservation.
