Tips while camping out for BEAT t-shirts!
Planning on camping out for a BEAT t-shirt? While we encourage Student Members to come early to Emerson Alumni Hall to ensure you're one of the lucky t-shirt holders,
your safety is our first priority. For your convenience, we’ll be providing overnight security at Emerson Alumni Hall before each BEAT t-shirt giveaway. Please make sure
to stay within the plaza throughout the night. The line should not extend pass the back corner of Emerson Alumni Hall until after 5am.
Please read the following lists of approved and prohibited items that you should and should NOT bring. Be sure to clean up around your area when the line gets going.

BEAT FSU!
Operation Cover-Up Gainesville
Seminole Heads vs. Gator Tails
Operation Cover-Up Gainesville is our newest Student Membership community service project, were we’ll compete against FSU to see which school can collect the most new and
gently used clothing during the designated time period.
Our donations will be given to several local charities, including United Way, Salvation Army and underprivileged elementary schools, among others.
Student members can help BEAT FSU:
- donate clothing
- donate cash or gift cards for the purchase of new clothing
- encourage other Gators to donate (you don’t have to be an Student member to help!)
- share the Student Membership project with your classes, roommates, and other student and community organizations
Drop off your donations at any BEAT T-Shirt giveaway, at Emerson Alumni Hall, Monday-Friday from 9am-4pm or at any Gainesville Domino’s location.
Donations will be accepted September 1 through November 22.
It’s time to show those Florida State Seminoles once and for all that Gators are the proudest and most generous students in the nation.
Go Gators!
