expected to sell out. Please ask for "local reservations" and mention the "group code" listed with each hotel when making your reservations. Rates are per night (plus tax)
for a standard room. Hotels have a two-night minimum stay requirement for Friday and Saturday. Each hotel has its own prepayment/cancellation policies; please inquire about
