Orange & Blue Barbecue
Saturday, April 18th, 2009
Join us for a barbecue lunch, with all the fixins', served on the North Lawn of Ben Hill Griffin stadium two hours
before kickoff. We will have a DJ, face painters, stilt walkers, carnival-style games and activities for our younger
Gator fans.
Registration deadline is noon on Friday, April 10.
Books and Barbecue!
University of Florida head football coach Urban Meyer will autograph copies of the book, Urban's Way, the authorized biography by
author Buddy Martin, to raise funds for UF's Florida Opportunity Scholars program
on April 18th from 8:00 to 9:00 a.m., the morning of the Orange & Blue Barbecue and prior to the Orange and Blue game at Ben Hill Griffin
Stadium. The book signing will take place at Gate 1.
The books are $25.00, with all sales and additional contributions collected benefitting the Florida Opportunity Scholars program at the
University of Florida.
The book signing event is co-sponsored by St. Martin's Press and GatorCountry.com.
